    We were 2 couples on a 4-day stay on the island.

    The beds are high quality and very comfortable. The bathrooms roomy and well appointed. The breakfasts so delicious and the hosts were very accommodating for our dietary needs. The hosts were really helpful with lots of information and recommendations for available restaurants in the area, closing times (Manitoulin businesses don't always have a set schedule), and attractions we could visit in each town.

    The house is an open modern style. 2 matching private guest rooms each with private ensuite bathrooms, on one side of the house for guests. The owners' private quarters on the other side. In the middle, a beautiful, big, comfortable living room and dining room for guests, with a panoramic view of the lake. At the back of the house an adjoining screened-in porch for relaxation and outdoor dining. There is a deck and sandy area by the lake to sit and relax. We watched terns dive and listened to loons calling.
